Roller Shutters

All our Automate Roller Shutters are produced to the highest standards of workmanship and are both aesthetically pleasing and reliable. We offer manual and electrically operated shutters.

Options include:

Brick bond Folding Grille

Constructed from nickel plated vertical links on mild steel horizontal rods with black spacers to prevent minimum detraction from goods on display, the grille is winch operated by a remote control clutch driven safety winch or by an electric tube motor mounted above the middle rail. The spacing of the links and rods are approx.150mm x 50mm in the brick bond pattern, finished in black as standard or powder coated to any RAL colour and are housed in 25mm x 20mm lipped channels.

Internal / External Portcullis

Constructed from aluminium links and spacer tubes which are connected internally with 6mm or 8mm rods. The vertical links are spaced at 100mm to 225mm centres, and the horizontal rods are spaced at 50mm to 75mm centres. The grille is fixed to a "T" section bottom rail and housed in 50mm x 32mm channel guides.

Galvanised / 3mm or 6mm Perforated Steel Shutter

Constructed from 20g x 75mm convex galvanised laths connected to a "T" or "L" section galvanised bottom steel rail and is supported in mild / galvanised steel guides.

Lexan glazed shutters

Constructed from 18g x 90mm side aluminium laths connected to a "T" or "L" section bottom rail and is supported in aluminium guides, the shutter laths are punched in a brick bond or in line pattern with lexan infillings.

Guide sections

Guide section sizes are: 50mm x 32mm, 63mm x 32mm and 75mm x 32mm.

All our electrically operated shutters are powered by Simu Motors with manual overrides.

Automate shutters can be powder coated to any RAL colour.
