The Automate UK Universal swing door operator is the most flexible unit available in the market today. Its compact design and lightweight, robust construction makes it the ideal solution for both existing and new build applications. Our operators can be configured for many types of doors and entrances and blend in well to different environments.
Our Universal swing door units are so called because they have the capability to operate in both ‘low energy’ and ‘fully automatic’ modes. This means that if you wish to vary the units operation you do not have to replace the operator.
The Universal is a ‘motor open, spring close’ unit, which means that in the event of power failure, the unit reverts to a spring door closer, allowing able-bodied people to operate the door as if it were a manual door with minimal resistance. It will retain it’s memory if the unit is switched off for any reason and does not require a complex reset procedure.
We also offer an integrated, bespoke, double automatic swing door operator
Our units can interface with any third party devices including fire alarms, magnetic locks, access control etc. They can even be programmed to communicate with a Building Management System if required.
